This historic property was developed into a premier hotel and conference center with visual influences referencing Normandy, France. SP+O was hired to create an external signage and wayfinding program that reflected this aesthetic, while at the same time represented the contemporary nature of the property’s identity. The project included vehicular and pedestrian directional signage as well as building identification.
