When Fox Management, a premier real estate developer in the western Philadelphia suburbs, wanted to differentiate themselves, they called on SP+O. Fox had identified a need for a sophisticated sales center to distinguish themselves in this highly competitive market. SP+O utilized existing photos of Fox commercial properties and areal/satelite photography as foils for informational graphic panels. In addition, stylish floating frames were designed to display meticulously selected photographs. Coordinating colors and elegant typography flow between all rooms, uniting the space with a singular graphic aesthetic.
